Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a Fuelly subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the delivery frequency selected at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely by Shopify, and you will be charged automatically for each recurring delivery unless your subscription is skipped, paused, cancelled, or otherwise ended. Subscription pricing, discounts, delivery frequency, minimum order requirements, and promotional offers are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the product, quantity, bundle, or subscription option selected.

Fuelly subscriptions have a minimum commitment of 2 orders. Your first subscription purchase counts as order 1, and your next recurring delivery counts as order 2. This minimum helps us offer better subscription pricing while giving you enough time to receive, try, and properly experience the product. After your first 2 orders, you can skip, pause, update, or cancel your subscription through your customer account before your next billing date.

You may be able to:

  • View your subscription
  • Skip an upcoming delivery
  • Pause or resume your subscription
  • Update your payment method
  • Update your shipping address
  • Change your delivery frequency where available
  • Cancel your subscription after the minimum 2-order commitment has been completed

Once your subscription has been cancelled, no further subscription charges or shipments will occur, unless a recurring order has already been processed before cancellation. Customers are responsible for managing their subscription before the next billing date. Once a subscription payment has been processed and the order has been created, we may be unable to cancel, change, or refund that order, as fulfilment may begin shortly after the order is placed. For more details on returns and refunds, please see our Refund Policy.

 

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfil and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. 

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

 

Try Before You Buy 

When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorise your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
